As an Administrative Apprentice, you’ll be right at the heart of our operations—supporting teams, engaging with customers, and gaining hands-on experience in a busy and friendly office environment. You’ll play a vital role in helping our services run smoothly and efficiently while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.

How it works:
Training provider information.
Training provided by The Apprentice Academy – a leading UK provider known for delivering high-quality apprenticeships in housing and property management. Training is delivered 100% online, with full support from expert coaches.
You’ll study online with support from a dedicated Apprenticeship Coach, gaining either:
- Level 3 Housing & Property Management Apprenticeship
(for new or entry-level applicants)
OR - Level 4 Housing & Property Management Apprenticeship
(for more experienced professionals)
What You’ll Be Doing:
You'll learn how to:
- Deliver excellent customer service, answering queries with professionalism and empathy
- Support key administrative tasks, such as appointment booking, data entry, and document handling
- Help manage tenancy support services, assisting with lettings, rent queries, and resident requests
- Use IT systems to maintain accurate records and ensure efficient communication
- Learn how to guide people through debt relief options, grant applications, and financial planning
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and partners to improve service delivery
About You:
You don’t need previous experience – just a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn/1 Ideally, you’ll have:
- Strong communication and people skills
- A knack for staying organised and on top of tasks
- Confidence using computers, smartphones, and digital systems
- A friendly, proactive mindset and a passion for supporting others
- A commitment to regular attendance and personal development
Minimum requirements:
- For Level 2: No formal qualifications required – just enthusiasm and potential
- For Level 3: At least 2 GCSEs (Grade4/C or above) in English and Maths
