Contract Type:          Full time – Permanent 

Hours of work:          36 or 40 hours per week* 

Salary Range:          £35,895 to £42,158 per annum* 

Location:                   Telford – Covering Shropshire and Staffordshire

Overview:  

We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Plasterer to join our team, based in Telford and covering surrounding areas within Shropshire and Staffordshire. You’ll be the face of The Wrekin Housing Group to many of our tenants, so, respectful, warm and professional communication is a key part of this role. About the role:  

We are looking for suitably qualified individuals who can demonstrate the ability to carry out a range of high-quality Plastering related maintenance repairs.  

Although the majority of your work will be mainly plastering based, you will need to have experience in other trade areas including, plumbing, tiling, carpentry and general building maintenance to undertake repairs in line with our responsive repair demands.  

About you:  

We ask that that you have either a City and Guilds level 2 qualification in Plastering, or an associated qualification in one of the building trades, or the equivalent time served in one of the building trades  

Able to demonstrate post apprenticeship experience of maintenance in domestic properties.  

Hold a full-UK driving licence
