What You’ll Be Doing:

You will be part of a busy, supportive team carrying out a wide variety of tasks, including: 

  • Helping gather and update compliance data from service visits and inspections
  • Assisting in office and on-site tsks like surveys, contract meetings, and valuation
  • Supporting health and safety processes and working closely with internal teams and external contractors
  • Keeping accurate records and updating key information systems 
  • Helping with costings, procurement exercises, and planning processes

All while studying towards your Surveying Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship — with time set aside for training, college days, and personal development.

Person Specification – Are You the One We’re Looking For?

Qualifications:

  • 5 GCSEs (Grade c/4 or above) including Maths, and English, or a Level 2 apprenticeship in Construction/Property discipline
  • Essential Skills & Qualities:
  • Clear, confident communication – you’ll speak to tenants, suppliers, and colleagues
  • Keen attention to detail and accurate data handling
  • A methodical and organised approach to your work
  • A real enthusiasm for learning and self-development
  • Great IT skills – especially Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required
  • Professional, respectful, and reliable
  • A current driving licence is desirable but not essential

 Desirable (but not essential):

  • Working toward or holding a full UK driving licence (age-appropriate)
  • Any experience in construction or domestic maintenance work
  • Previous customer service exposure in a hands-on environment
