What You’ll Be Doing:
- Learn the Heating Engineer trade from the ground up – from fixing taps to installing heating systems
- Assist in maintaining and improving homes for our residents
- Work on a range of plumbing tasks in both occupied and empty properties
- Communicate kindly and clearly with customers
- Keep things safe, tidy, and professional – every day
What You’ll Gain:

Who We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 3-5 GCSE’s grades 9-4 or equivalent in English, Math’s and ideally Science
- Someone reliable, curious, and eager to learn
- A great communicator who’s respectful and professional
- A team player who’s not afraid to get stuck in
- A positive person with a can-do attitude
- Someone working towards or already holding a full UK driving licence (if age-appropriate)
- Bonus if you’ve had a bit of experience in construction or maintenance work
