Salary: Beginning at £27,804 per annum with annual increases to £30,493 per annum (Scale 5)

Hours: 36 hours per week

Location: Telford

Job Type: Permanent. Full-time

Overview:

As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking an enthusiastic person to join our planned programme team and contribute to our ongoing success. Are you a self-motivated person who likes to make a difference to people's lives? Then please read on as we may have the role for you. 

The Role:

We are looking for someone who can play a key role in ensuring the planned service team does not miss a beat. You will be joining an established team and be responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as scheduling appointments, ordering materials, planning works diaries, liaising with and giving instructions and advice to our internal trades, contractors and tenants as well as supporting our surveyors and maintenance supervisors.

Who are we looking for: 

  • Good IT Skills – with experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and outlook
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle sensitive enquiries and difficult conversations with diplomacy
  • Experience in working within the Housing organisation or public sector would be desirable but not essential
