What You'll Learn and Do:
- Discover how to analyse data to help teams make better decisions.
- Create engaging reports using real-time data that supports our business goals.
- Get involved in improving how we collect, manage, and present information.
- Support the development of reporting tools, dashboards, and data automation.
- Gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies and best practices in business intelligence.
- Study towards a recognised Data Analyst Apprenticeship—and get paid while you do it!
✅ What We’re Looking For:
We’re not expecting you to know everything. We’re looking for potential. If you have the right attitude and a genuine interest in data, we’ll give you the tools and support to succeed.
Essential qualities you’ll bring:
- GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4 and above)
- Good communication skills—both spoken and written.
- A basic knowledge of SQL and an understanding of data flows
- An interest in data warehousing and information systems
- Some experience with research, data analysis, or visualisation tools like GIS
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a desire to learn
It would be great if you also have:
- A basic understanding of web development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
- The ability to explain complex data clearly and simply
- Experience creating visuals or charts to tell a story
