Hours: 07:30am to 15:30pm covering a 7 day rota

If you have excellent people skills, hold a NVQ Level 3 in Catering and looking to work as part of a fantastic team, look no further.
Hazelwood is a brand new ShireLiving Extra Care service that provides homes for people over 55 years old, who need safety, security and reassurance with a range of care options available to meet their individual needs .

What will you be doing?
- Preparing quality food
- Managing kitchen operations
- Tracking inventory
- Ordering supplies
- Cleaning and organising the food preparation area
- Training new kitchen employees on standards and regulations
- Have a friendly approach towards visitors and residents
- Monitoring the kitchen area to ensure sanitation standards are maintained.
About you:
- You will be someone who has the ability to create great food, that is well presented, full of flavour, balanced and nutritional
- You will have experience of ordering supplies and carrying out stock takes
- You will be someone who would embrace processes and procedures along with adding in a good measure of your creativity
- You will be open to new ideas and thinking out of the box
