We’re on the lookout for a passionate, people-loving individual to join us as a Customer Service Apprentice. Whether you’re fresh out of school, changing paths, or simply excited to learn and grow, this is your chance to shine in a role that’s all about listening, helping, and making things better.

You’ll Be Perfect For This Role If You:

  • Have a positive attitude and are eager to learn
  • Have a minimum of 2 GCSEs grade 4/Grades A-C and above in English and Maths or the equivalent is essential
  • Can communicate with warmth, clarity, and respect
  • Are open-minded and adapt easily to different people and situations
  • Can listen carefully, take ownership, and follow through
  • Have basic IT skills and are keen to develop them
  • Love being part of a team that lifts each other up

In order to complete this apprenticeship, you will be expected to complete an initial assessment in Maths and English to ensure you are at a suitable level to work towards this qualification

What You'll Do:

  • Be a first point of contact for our customers – listening, supporting, and finding solutions
  • Work closely with colleagues to make sure no one gets left behind
  • Take ownership of customer satisfaction — when something’s not quite right, you’ll help put it right
  • Help improve how we do things, because your ideas matter
  • Represent the heart of Wrekin, helping us deliver on our promise every single day
