The Role:
We are looking for a suitably qualified, enthusiastic, motivated and reliable Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This is a great position for a candidate looking to make an impact in a growing and dynamic organisation.
The main purpose of this position is to supervise a team of operatives and manage the delivery of an excellent repairs service to our clients and customers, balancing finances with performance against KPIs. You will therefore need to exhibit excellent leadership skills as well as a positive attitude, self-motivation, compassion, analytical expertise, organisational skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to monitor and improve performance.
In addition to having the passion and skills to motivate your team to be the best they can be, you will also have strong technical knowledge in the delivery of quality cost effective repairs in the home and be proficient with IT. Knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations is desirable.
