Salary: £24,925.60 to £27,780.63 Plus essential car user allowance

The Role:
Are you looking for a fresh challenge? We are looking for an individual with the expertise to deliver comprehensive housing management services to our residents within a retirement living environment.
Your primary duties will include overseeing the daily operations of a Retirement Living Scheme, prioritising the safety and welfare of residents to facilitate independent living.
Your responsibilities will extend to conducting accompanied viewings for prospective tenants, collaborating with the income management team to streamline rent collection, aiding in housing benefit claims, and conducting biannual wellbeing assessments for all residents and their accommodations. What are we looking for from you?
Given the environment you will be working in, you must be able to demonstrate outstanding customer care within a sheltered housing or customer services environment. Having excellent administration and prioritisation skills are essential.
You will hold a recognised First Aid at work qualification, or be willing to work towards gaining this qualification. A Basic Food and Hygiene Certificate is essential, or you will be willing to work towards gaining. A full driving licence and use of a vehicle for business use is essential
You will promote a positive, friendly and understanding attitude towards our customers and other colleagues in order to achieve consistency with the high levels of performance, efficiency and quality that is expected of our Employees.
