The role:
Are you a Senior Support Worker or experienced Support Worker looking for a fresh challenge where you can showcase your caring and understanding nature? Our supported living schemes support adults with learning disabilities who wish to live independently
As a Team Leader you will become a key part of a team to deliver care and support to residents living in our supported living schemes. This is an immensely rewarding role, enabling people to live independently and ensuring they get full enjoyment and fulfilment out of living in their supported housing apartment.
Reporting to and when necessary deputising for the Care Manager, you will be responsible for delivering, supervising and facilitating the delivery of packages of care and support to a number of our residents.
We are all about caring for the community and the people we support. At High Mount and Barn Farm, we support a total of 27 individuals, with all aspects of daily living including personal care, preparing meals, financial and domestic support and administering medication.

Core Responsibilities
- You will lead the team in the delivery of a high-quality care service to our vulnerable residents
- Deputise for the Care Manager and promote safety, security, and reassurance to customers by delivering excellent care, and support services
- Support the management team with all aspects of team management including recruitment, induction, training, coaching and mentoring the Support Workers
- Ensuring service users care plans are maintained in order to meet and deliver identified care and support needs
